Publish a Minecraft build safely

Publishing is a deliberate step that exposes selected metadata and previews while the original download remains under your control.

01

What to do

  1. Write a clear title and a useful description of at least 120 characters.
  2. Choose up to 30 descriptive content tags rather than file-format tags.
  3. Disable source download when visitors should only view the public preview. Otherwise downloading requires a signed-in account and may show a custom sponsor countdown.
02

Privacy and reliability

Files are parsed on your device. In the viewer, the original is also kept in your private library after the storage notice and stays private until you publish it; the standalone converter never uploads anything.

TipKeep a backup of the original. Browser conversion is convenient, but it does not replace world backups or source control.
